A FIRE in an outbuilding outside Oswestry prompted the call out of two Shropshire firefighter crews on Monday afternoon.
One crew from Oswestry and one from Ellesmere were sent to Heathwaen, in Knockin, at around 1,20pm on Monday.
A Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service (SFRS) spokesman confirmed that firefighters tackled a blaze in a wooden outbuilding.

They added: “The incident involved one wooden outbuilding measuring approx 30m x 20m.
“The fire extinguished using four breathing apparatus, one hose reel jet and one covering jet.
“A fire investigation was carried out.”
A stop message confirming no further support was needed was sent to SFRS control at around 3pm.
