CHIRK AAA’s miserable JD Cymru North campaign continued after suffering a 2-1 defeat at home to Ruthin Town on Saturday.

The Colliers led early with Louis Middlehurst breaking the deadlock inside the opening 10 minutes.

However the visitors were back on level terms by the break with Harry Martin netting before completing their comeback with four minutes remaining with substitute Jason Clark firing home to break the home faithful’s hearts.
