OSWESTRY town councillors will have one final planning meeting before Christmas on Wednesday.
Six items will be up for discussion at the meeting at the Guildhall, which will start at 7pm on Wednesday, December 20.
Included in this is an application for the removal of fireplace surrounds in front and rear rooms at the ground floor of 30 Salop Road as well as an application for the renovation of existing house to include building a rear first floor extension and all other associated works.

Also at the meeting, the planning minutes from the previous meeting will be approved.
