A crash involving multiple vehicles has closed a busy main road outside a pub in a Shropshire-Powys border village.
West Mercia Police confirmed the A483 in Pant, between Llanymynech and Llynclys, is closed due to the collision at around 5.45pm on Thursday (May 9) involving three cars.
Drivers are being warned of long delays and are being asked to find alternative routes.

West Mercia Police said in a statement posted on social media: "A483 Pant near Oswestry - Three car collision outside Cross Guns Inn - thankfully no one has been seriously injury.
"There are long delays while we await recovery of the cars involved.
"Please find an alternative route. Updates to follow."
