EASTER is right around the corner and Chirk Castle has a great adventure in place at its grounds.

The Easter trail will return to the National Trust property between Wednesday, April 5 and Monday April 10, 2023, from 10am to 5pm.

A spokesperson said there would be opportunities to find golden eggs.

They said: “Come along and follow Chirk Castle’s Unicorn on an exciting adventure to explore 10 stations packed with Easter-themed activities dotted around Home Farm, our award-winning gardens, Pleasure Ground Wood and medieval Adam Tower.

OTHER NEWS:

“Weave in and out of obstacle courses, build the tallest tower, and create your own Easter decoration as you join Unicorn on an Easter quest to find the medieval golden eggs and don't forget to collect your chocolate or Free From egg at the end.”

The price of the trail is £3 per child and includes a trail map, pencil, bunny ears and a chocolate egg upon completion.

You can collect your egg at the garden gates - eggs will be suitable for people with milk, egg, gluten, peanut, and tree nut allergies.

Last entry will be at 4.30pm.
