OSWESTRY police have seized class A drugs in town and arrested a man on suspicion of possession with intent to supply.
The Oswestry Safer Neighbourhood, Neighbourhood Crime Fighting and Local Organised Crime teams attended an address in Oswestry to conduct a search warrant today, Monday, December 18.
In a post via the policing website Neighbourhood Matters, Sergeant Tim Lever said: “Today, officers from the Oswestry Safer Neighbourhood, Neighbourhood Crime Fighting and Local Organised Crime teams attended an address in Oswestry to conduct a search warrant.

“A quantity of class A drugs were seized and a male was arrested for possession with intent to supply offences.
“Drug dealing and associated crime is damaging to all involved and will not be tolerated.
“I’d like to thank the public for reporting this to us and urge anyone with similar information to do the same.”
