A CAR dealership in Oswestry has vowed to continue supporting one of the town’s cricket clubs by offering sponsorship for another year.
Arthurs Vauxhall, in Lower Brook Street, is again sponsoring Cae Glas Cricket Club as it continues its support of more than 40 years.
Over the last four decades, the car dealership has sponsored teams and matches taking place at the local ground.
Nigel Williams, Arthurs’ managing director, is proud to continue supporting the club.
He said: “We are delighted to be able to continue our sponsorship of Cae Glas Cricket Club, it’s a long-standing relationship and we are happy to support the club for another year.
“Best of luck to the team, and we wish them every success in 2021.”
Earlier in June, cricket club members were presented with a cheque by John Rogers, Arthurs of Oswestry Sales Manager – and were treated to a personal tour of the brand new Vauxhall Mokka-e.
