TNS will face Glentoran in the UEFA Europa Conference League First Qualifying Round.
Glentoran Football Club was founded in 1882 and play at the 6,000 capacity Oval in Belfast.
The club are regulars in Europe and reached the quarter-finals of the European Cup Winners' Cup in 1974.
The club is one of the most successful in Northern Ireland with 23 cups and 23 league titles.
The New Saints travel to Northern Ireland for the first leg on July 8 and host the home leg on July 15.
