LLANRHAEADR return to competitive action for the first time in nine months on Saturday.

Llangefni Town make the trip from Anglesey in the first round of the Nathaniel Cup.

Joint manager Marc Griffiths insisted his side would treat the tie like a competitive friendly after an unprecedented break in action.

He said: “We’re all just looking forward to getting back out on the pitch, but we have to be realistic about the game Saturday.

“With the large majority of the squad being unable to have a pre-season due to the English lock down we will have to approach it as a competitive friendly and use it as part of our preparations for competitive league action in January.”

Matthew Evans is in isolation while Tom Bailey also misses the tie through work commitments.
