WREXHAM came from behind to draw 1-1 against Bromley at Hayes Lane and thankfully goalkeeper Rob Lainton was able to travel home with the team.

There was a lengthy stoppage in the first half after Lainton received treatment when he was knocked unconscious following an innocuous challenge with striker James Alabi.

Bromley took the lead before the break and had chances to add to their tally but replacement keeper Christian Dibble kept the Reds in the game with some superb second half saves, and Dean Keates' side equalised when Adi Yussuf scored his fourth goal of the season.

The Reds did not perform anywhere near as well as they did in thrashing high-flying Sutton 4-0 in the the previous outing but they are now unbeaten in five games and up to fourth in the National League.

Here's how the players rated:

ROB LAINTON: Suffered a horrendous head injury midway through the first half and was taken to hospital. 6

JAMES HORSFIELD: Got forward when he could and persevered with the lively Coulson. 6

FIACRE KELLEHER: Some nervy moments but was largely solid at the back. 6

THEO VASSELL: Found it tough coming up against seasoned campaigners Cheek and Alabi. 6

JAMIE RECKORD: Stuck to his task when Bromley dominated. 6

ANTHONY JEFFREY: Didn't really get into the game. 5

JAY HARRIS: Worked hard but Bromley won the midfield battles. 5

LUKE YOUNG: Put in a good shift but Reds' were not as effective as they have been. 5

PAUL RUTHERFORD: Supplied the cross that was headed home by Yussuf for an assist. 6

KWAME THOMAS: Didn't have the same impact he had in the thrashing on Sutton. 5

ADI YUSSUF: Scored the equaliser with a powerful header to make it two in two games. 6

SUBSTITUTES

CHRISTIAN DIBBLE: Kept Wrexham in the game with some fine saves. 8

JORDAN DAVIES: Lively when he came on. 6

ELLIOTT DURRELL: The first player to test keeper Mark Cousins. 7
