MEIRION Jones played his part in Melbourne Storm being crowned Australian Rugby League champions last week.
The former Llanfyllin High School student is head physiotherapist for the club which won their fourth title and cemented their status as giants of the Australian game.
Meirion is well known figure in the sport having been physio at Leeds Rhinos during their own successful period before moving Down Under and joining the Storm who beat Penrith Panthers 26-20 at the ANZ Stadium to be crowned champions.
