TNS travel to derby rivals Elements Cefn Druids tonight (Friday, 7.30pm) aiming to avoid a potential banana skin.
The Druids are doomed to the drop, after failing to upgrade Plas Kynaston, but Saints spokesman Gordon Evans insists Wales’ oldest established club should never be underestimated.
“They have had a few good results against us in the past and we cannot take them for granted,” said Evans. “We go there with it all to lose, while with all respect to the Druids they do not have as much to play for.
“However knowing them as we do I am sure that their players will be treating this match like a cup final anyway.”
Meanwhile Evans will join the rest of the Saints’ camp in avoiding all talk of the league table, as the season reaches its climax.
“Llanelli have games in hand and if they win them they will rightfully win the league,” said Evans.
“However we are not focusing too much on them and at the end of the day winning our games is our only priority.”
Aeron Edwards is the only absentee from the derby squad, with the young striker struggling to recover from an ankle injury.
Tommy Holmes is expected to recover from a knock.
