“Throughout my time away, I've closely observed the club's remarkable growth both on and off the pitch.
“I'm eager to contribute to the team’s continued success as we strive towards the historic achievement of qualifying for a European league phase for the first time.”
The New Saints’ chairman Mike Harris, added: “It’s great to welcome Jacob back at such a key time in the club’s history as we look to become the first-ever JD Cymru Premier side to qualify for the league phase of a European competition.
“Having worked with us previously as club secretary and football operations manager, he is someone who knows all about the club, and he’ll no doubt be a big asset for us moving forward.
“I’m sure you’ll all join me in welcoming Jacob back to Park Hall as we look to achieve more success in the coming months.”
