THE New Saints will travel to Hibernian in the third round of the SPFL Trust Trophy.
The JD Cymru Premier champions will face the 'B' team of Cinch Premiership side Hibernian who have already won two matches in this season's competition, first emerging victorious on penalties against Formartine United in round one, before a comfortable 4-0 round two win away at Brechin City.

Craig Harrison's side have taken part in the cross-border competition five times previously and reached the semi-final stage in the 2016/17 and 2017/18 seasons, but on both occasions, came up narrowly short against then Championship sides, St Mirren and Dumbarton.
A team that plays their football outside of Scotland are yet to win the trophy, but following an excellent start to their domestic season, the Oswestry club will be hoping to change that this time around.
The match will take place in Edinburgh on the weekend of September 9/10th.
