ST Martins have completed a raft of new signings ahead of the forthcoming North West Counties League season.

Manager James Etherington has been busy and added Paul Jones to his coaching team as assistant.

Jones comes to St Martins from Winsford United having also coached in the Manchester City Youth Academy and held other managerial roles at Witton Albion Reserves, Cheadle Town U21s, Maine Road Reserves, Wythenshawe Town Reserves, Greater Manchester Schools U18s and Altrincham U18s.

Meanwhile the Saints have signed right sided player Stelvio de Silva, defenders Baba Parra and Scott Ravenscroft and midfielders Elson Fernandes, Fernando Aigbe.

Etherington said: "Stelvio came into pre season as has shown his ability for day one. Stelvio has played at a high level previously and I am very pleased to see this young man in a Saints shirt

"Paul brought Elson in during pre-season and after seeing his vision and quality I am excited to welcome him in the club

"Fernando has worked very hard since coming in and listened to every instruction and has implemented them into his game. We are also very pleased to have Scott with us. His presence on and off the pitch will be a massive asset to have this season.
