A car was badly damaged by fire following an incident in a north Shropshire town this morning.
Firefighters from Ellesmere were called to Beech Grove in the town shortly before 9am on Wednesday, September 30, to reports of a car fire.
They found one hatchback that was 50 per cent involved in the fire.
Firefighters used breathing apparatus, a hose reel jet, small gear and a thermal imaging camera to put out the blaze.

A spokesperson for Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service said: "One hatchback vehicle 50 per cent involved in fire.
"Two breathing apparatus, two hosereel jets, thermal imaging camera, and small tools in use.
"Environmental grab pack also in use to prevent fuel run off."
