The Oswestry Christmas Parade is set to return.
Organised by Borderland Rotary Club, the cherished event is scheduled to pass through the streets of Oswestry at 11 am on December 6.
Cancelled last year due to Storm Darragh's strong winds, the event promises to rekindle the festive spirit with its colourful parade.
Event organiser and Rotary Club member, Jonathan Jones, expressed his enthusiasm about the parade's return.
Mr Jones said: "Come and join in, and make this a day to remember ... put the date in your diary and come and support this great event.”
The event, which has been a mainstay since the 1950s, is well-loved within the community, with the cancellation of last year's parade leaving many locals feeling its loss.
As an additional motive for attendance, all funds raised from the parade will be donated to local causes.
Those looking to experience the festivities first-hand are encouraged to partake in the joy and laughter of this Oswestry tradition.
