Rhydycroesau Village Hall in Oswestry is set to host two upcoming concerts featuring artists from the world of folk and roots music.
The first concert takes place on Wednesday, August 20, and features father-daughter duo Dirk and Amelia Powell.
This marks the third attempt to bring Powell to the hall, with previous efforts postponed due to the pandemic and illness.

Amelia grew up immersed in the traditions of her grandfather, Cajun fiddler Dewey Balfa, and has performed old-time music with her father throughout her life.
Dirk Powell is a respected figure in the world of traditional American music, having worked with artists including Joan Baez, Eric Clapton, Loretta Lynn, and Levon Helm.
He has also been a regular contributor to the Transatlantic Sessions.
Steve Earle, renowned American musician, said: "Dirk Powell is a badass.
"To the bone.
"He is, in addition to being the greatest old-time banjo player alive, a graduate student of both mountain and Cajun fiddle styles, and diatonic button accordion.
"He is a singer, songwriter, producer, recording engineer and, all in all, an artist of unique vision and unbending integrity.
"As far as I can tell there is no genre of American roots music that Dirk doesn't understand, no primordial mode he can't master, no polyrhythmic code he can't crack."
The concert begins at 7.30pm and tickets are priced at £15.
Attendees are encouraged to bring their own drinks as there is no bar.
The second event takes place on Wednesday, October 29, and features Teilhard Frost, a Canadian musician, and Jock Tyldesley, a fiddler from the UK.
The duo are known for their shared love of Appalachian fiddle tunes.
Frost is an instrument maker and folk musician who has spent two decades touring with the ragtime group Sheesham, Lotus and 'Son.
He has contributed to more than 50 studio albums and film soundtracks, and currently lives on Wolfe Island in the St Lawrence River, where he crafts banjos by hand.
Tyldesley has been playing American fiddle music for 35 years and is regarded as one of Europe’s leading old-time and Cajun fiddlers.
He has toured with The Flatville Aces and collaborated with a host of US musicians, including Eddie LeJeune, Sheryl Cormier, Martha Scanlan, and Balfa Toujours.
