A PIECE of agricultural equipment on fire at an Oswestry venue prompted firefighters to be called out.
Firefighters from Baschurch and Shrewsbury were sent to Cae Howell, outside Oswestry, on Friday evening after reports of a telehandler on fire.

A spokesman for Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service (SFRS) confirmed that the telehandler was half on fire.
They said: “Crews used breathing apparatus and a hosereel jet on one Manitou agricultural telehandler was 50 per cent on fire.”
A stop message was sent to SFRS control around 30 minutes after the incident to confirm that no further support was needed.
