FIREFIGHTERS from Oswestry lent assistance to colleagues from North Wales Fire and Rescue Service (NWFRS) to combat a house fire in Selattyn on Sunday.
One crew was sent from Oswestry to near Craignant shortly before 9am at the request of NWFRS who required assistance.
A stop message was sent to Shropshire and Rescue Service (SFRS) control around one hour and 10 minutes later confirming no further support was needed.
