A second alert has been issued further north of the UK for tomorrow (May 12).

A Met Office spokesperson said: "It could lead to some disruption in places, especially to travel. Isolated property flooding is possible."

Spray and sudden flooding could lead to difficult driving conditions and some road closures in places.

Where flooding or lightening strikes occur, there is a chance of delays and some cancellations of bus and rail services.
