On Saturday, June 1, Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service will hold a show and tell recruitment day.
Those residing or working within 5-10 minutes of Newcastle Emlyn Fire Station are particularly encouraged to attend.
Being an on-call firefighter serves the community well.
The event, from 9am to 1pm, provides a chance to chat with crew members and watch live demonstrations, offering valuable insight into the role.
