Llanfyllin Town Football Club has wasted no time in preparing for next season with the announcement of Terry Ingram's addition to the management team.

Ingram, who has worked at the highest level of Welsh football in the Cymru Premier, has extensive knowledge of North Wales football with Welshpool Town, Cefn Druids, Denbigh Town and Buckley Town.

The UEFA B coach will be part of the club’s strategic overhaul, and will undertake an advisory role, in addition to being a committee member.

“I am really honoured and excited to be asked to get involved with this exciting project to get Llanfyllin Town FC to the place where they should be,” said Ingram.

“The club has a fantastic new board and committee in place, plus an amazing youth set up already.

“Hopefully, I can use my many years of experience to help this great club get to where it should be.

Meanwhile the MMP Central Wales League North club is pressing ahead off the pitch with Graham Hughes one of the new members to the committee.

The club stalwart, also known as ‘Yosser’, is remembered as a committed and dynamic right-back and previously managed the Magpies.

The club has also agreed a sponsorship deal with Asian-based Athlete Go.
