A NEWTOWN man will face trial later this year after he denied assaulting his former partner.
David William Sharp, 39, denied assault when he appeared at Welshpool Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, April 16.
Sharp is accused of assaulting the victim, his former partner, in the Heol Vaynor area of Newtown on May 10.
Sharp, of Heol-y-Coleg, Newtown, will return to court for his trial on June 10.
