A suspected drug dealer has been arrested by police in Oswestry town centre.
West Mercia Police made an arrest yesterday evening (January 5) of a man involved in "the supply of drugs" in Oswestry.
According to the police in Oswestry after making the arrest a search was conducted in a property in the Weston Rhyn area - where "items of drug paraphernalia were seized".

A spokesperson for West Mercia Police said: "A man has been arrested in Oswestry Town centre for suspicion of being concerned in the supply of drugs.
As part of our force procedures a search was carried out in the Weston Rhyn area. Several items of drug paraphernalia were seized from address to support our suspicions.
