WE ALL love having a peek inside and outside the houses of others to see who has the best Christmas decorations and now Oswestry in Bloom is doing it too!
The group, which keeps the town looking to its gold standard, has launched its annual competition to judge the best displays and decorations in gardens around the town.
Natalie Bainbridge, chairman of Oswestry in Bloom, says they are looking forward to receiving some high-class entries ahead of Friday’s deadline.

She said: “We love seeing all your Christmas lights around town and Oswestry In Bloom is now looking for Oswestry's best decorated private house.
“The ‘Oswestry in Lights’ Competition is sponsored by Andy Vaughan of Highline Electrical Ltd and there is a prize for the winner.
"If you would like to nominate a property (it must be located within Oswestry town boundaries) please contact Louise Humphreys on 01691 680222 or send an email to louisehumphreys@oswestry-tc.gov.uk before Friday, December 15.
“And why not send some pics that we can share."
Natalie and Oswestry town mayor Councillor Olly Rose will complete the final judging and the winner will be announced the following week.
She added: “Good luck to everyone from Oswestry In Bloom.”
