TRAFFIC Wales has confirmed a series of nighttime road closures near Chirk for maintenance work.
The A5/A483 will undergo a planned closure, spanning from the Gledrid to Halton roundabouts over the border between England and Wales over three nights starting on Monday, September 11.
The closure will begin at 8pm and finish at 6am the following day.

Traffic Wales North and Mid are responsible for the work - the details of which have not been revealed - and delays are likely to form during this time.
While emergency vehicles and those involved in the ongoing works will be allowed access, a marked diversion route will guide other traffic via the B5070 through the centre of Chirk.
