MORDA United Football Club will be running a development team next season.
The Weston Pools Park club confirmed the development team would help locally based youngsters bridge the gap from youth to senior football.
The club compete in the premier league of the Salop Leisure Shropshire League with the development side accepted into next season's first division.

A club spokesman said: "These are exciting times for the club and are doing their best to get young budding players out and playing for Morda United Football Club."
Morda United are holding trials on June 20th and 22nd at 7pm for players aged 16 or older.
The side will be managed by ex-TNS, Oswestry Town, Morda United, Trefonen and Llanfyllin Town player Sam Jones who is joined by Steve McGowan as assistant.
