Police officers are looking for a person with a limp who is suspected of attempting to steal from a property in Ellesmere.
The person is alleged to have accessed the property in Scotland Street through a patio door shortly before 4.30pm on Friday (May 5).
They then fled over a neighbouring fence after they were disturbed. Police say nothing was taken.
The person was described as dressed in dark clothing including a hoodie with a face covering. They were also reported to walking with a limp.
PCSO Peter Roberts has appealed for the public's help to track down this person.
He said: "If you have any CCTV or camera doorbells in the Scotland Street, could you please check them around the stated time.
"If you have any footage or if you saw anything at this time, please contact 101 quoting reference 00401 I 05052023"
