TNS moved within striking distance of a 15th JD Cymru Premier title with victory over Newtown on Saturday.
Ryan Astles' headed goal on the stroke of half-time proved the difference as the Oswestry side returned to winning ways and within eight points of the championship.

The pressure continued to build with Redmond firing over from distance and Astles heading wide before Newtown were roused with Louis Robles forcing home goalkeeper Connor Roberts into action.
