A LODGE resort near Oswestry has received a boost after being heralded by one of the country's biggest holiday operators.

Henlle Hall Woodland Lodges is one of six places included in the Hoseasons’ new Magnificent Collection, which recognises the quality and innovation in the self-catering holiday industry.

Surrounding the historic Henlle Hall, the lodges, treehouses and pods are in 17 acres of parkland, in Henlle, near Oswestry.

Being part of the collections means that Henlle Hall will be available and marketed to thousands of Hoseasons customers looking for high-end accommodation design, premium on-park facilities, exceptional customer service and a genuine commitment to sustainability.

Keeta Thomas, one of the owners, said: "It’s such a pleasure to be part of the Magnificent Collection.

"Although we’ve been recognised as providing an exceptional standard of hospitality and accommodation, we will always continue to keep improving.

"We genuinely care for our guests and our concierge service goes above and beyond to make sure they have an exceptional break."

Cosmo and Keeta recently opened two new luxury tree houses, each with hot tubs, and in September they are preparing to open a new three-storey, 11-metre high, “Tree Tops” treehouse, which includes a hot tub on the roof above the tree line, with concierge service.

With this, there will be 24 lodges and three luxury treehouses to choose from, alongside the well-preserved walled garden, coffee lounge, restaurant and bar serving food and cocktails.

Luke Hansford, vice president of business development, at Awaze – the parent company of Hoseasons, said: "Henlle Hall is an excellent example of a UK holiday location that continues to improve its already first-class offering to ensure customers keep returning.

"The innovation and diversification we’ve seen in our industry over the last 18 months has been remarkable, with those used to holidaying abroad pre-pandemic now looking for the same level of aspirational quality in their UK staycation."
