A MOTORIST from Oswestry was handed a fine of more than £600 after failing to identify a driver accused of an alleged motoring offence.
Todd Roberts failed to give the information of who was allegedly driving an Audi to North Wales Police by March 13, this year.
At Mold Magistrates' Court on August 16, the 35-year-old was proved guilty through the single justice procedure.

Roberts, of Leg Street in Oswestry, was fined £660 and his licence was endorsed with six points.
He must also pay £90 in court costs and a £66 victim surcharge, making a total of £816.
A second offence of driving an Audi at more than the 40mph roadworks speed restriction which was in place between Tal-Y-Bont and Abergwyngregyn in Gwynedd, on January 27 this year, was withdrawn.
