WEST Mercia Police has again appealed for public help in locating an Oswestry woman, issuing a new picture, and said the search has widened across either side of the Irish border.

Ceri Lowe, 39, was reported missing from Oswestry on Friday, August 19 with concerns growing for her welfare.

Officers have released a second image on Wednesday and say that Ceri may have travelled to Belfast but now could be in both the north but also in Dublin, capital of the Republic of Ireland.

They said: "Have you seen Ceri?

"It is believed the 39-year-old may have originally travelled to Belfast.

"Now we believe it is possible she has travelled elsewhere within Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland, and may be in the Dublin area.

"Ceri, from Oswestry, was reported missing on Friday, August 19 and we are concerned for her welfare.

"She is thought to be in the company of two men.

"If you see Ceri or have any information regarding her whereabouts please contact us on 999 immediately."
