THE mum of a Wrexham four-year-old Wrexham girl has spoken about the "amazing" £20,000 donation towards her treatment by Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney.
Aria Hodgkiss, from Rhostyllen, was tragically diagnosed with diffuse intrinsic pontine glioma (DIPG) - a terminal tumour in her brain stem - on the day of her third birthday.
She has been receiving an alternative form of new treatment as part of a clinical trial, which her family hope will prolong her life.
It is called ONC201 and costs the family thousands of pounds a month to buy, and they have been fundraising to generate £60,000 to cover the costs.
And courtesy of Wrexham AFC's star owners, who both donated £10,000, the family has reached its £60,000 goal.

It came after posted an Aria on Twitter in her Wrexham shirt and tagged the pair.
"Then I saw a tweet from Rob saying 'Aria you look beautiful!'
"I couldn't believe he had donated - it's amazing," she said.
"We were all in tears and in shock. We were so happy that they were so generous.
"I said to Aria - you are famous and she was saying, 'I'm famous!'"
Aria has lost her ability to walk and use her left side, and is struggling to talk.
"With all the donations that have come in we can now at least relax a little knowing that Aria's medication will be sorted for a while," Mel added.
The family are currently on Aria's dream holiday at Disneyland Paris, which was also funded by generous donations from the Wrexham community and beyond.
