A CABARET show will be taking place in Oswestry in aid of breast cancer this weekend.

A cabaret variety show will be taking place on Saturday, August 13 in Carriages in Gobowen Road and the money raised will be sent to Breast Cancer Now.

Doors will open at 7pm and tickets will cost £15.

A spokesperson fore the event said there will be an 'explosive cocktail' of dance and music.

They added: "This Cabaret Variety Show will be an explosive cocktail of burlesque, dance, and live music that needs to be seen to be believed.

"Let the local cast of the cabaret chowcase indulge you in a spectacle of glitz and glamour with a chocolate box selection of the finest cabaret acts North Shropshire has to offer.

"Our performers will whip you up into a frenzy and have you begging for more.

"Prepare yourself for a non-stop evening of sensual burlesque, music, dance acts, which guarantee to make your night one to remember with a touch of glamour, sparkle, and shimmer.
