A SMALL fire broke out at Oswestry's hospital this morning.
Firefighters from Oswestry were called at 9.23am after the automatic fire alarm went off at The Robert Jones and Agnes Hunt Orthopaedic Hospital at Gobowen.
A small fire broke out in an electric light unit, the fire service said and one fire appliance from Oswestry was mobilised.
They used a short extension ladder and thermal imaging camera to extinguish the fire, while giving advice to Estates Team.
The stop message was received a little under an hour later at 10:19AM.
