Faye Humphreys was caught speeding at 51 miles per hour in a 30mph zone
A WOMAN caught speeding more than 20 miles over the limit in a 30 mile per hour zone has had penalty points put on her licence.
Faye Elise Humphreys, 36, was caught driving at 51mph in a 30mph zone on the B4396 at Llangedwyn, near her Penybontfawr home, on January 12 this year. Humphreys was driving a Ford Couga at the time of the offence, which occurred at 10.57am.
Humphreys, of Cefn Hirnant, Penybontfawr, was not present at Llanelli Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, July 5, but had pleaded guilty to the offence by post.
In addition to receiving six points, she was fined £180 and ordered to pay £90 costs and a £34 surcharge.
