DRIVING a vehicle without a licence or insurance proved to be a costly mistake for one Oswestry motorist.
Gareth Filmer was stopped while driving a Vauxhall Astra on the A5 in Shrewsbury on November 23, last year.
The 28-year-old, of Balmoral Crescent, did not have a licence to drive the vehicle as his had expired and he also did not have valid insurance for driving the vehicle either, Worcester Justice Centre was told on Friday, July 1.
