James Morgan is wanted by West Mercia Police.
WEST Mercia Police has made an urgent appeal to find a prisoner with links to Oswestry who has breached the terms of his licence.
James Morgan, 32, has breached his licence terms and is on recall to prison but cannot be located.
Police are urging for help to find him and believe he may be in north Shropshire or North Wales.
They said: "Can you help us find 32-year-old James Morgan?
"He is wanted on a prison recall as he's breached his licence.
He's likely to be in the Market Drayton, Prestatyn or Oswestry areas.
"He looks older than this picture.
"If you see him or know where he is please call 999."
