A CHIRK man has been fined and received six penalty points after failing to give an ID to the police.
Matthew Williams, of St Mary's Close, was charged with failing to give the identification of the driver of a Volkswagen Golf which was alleged to have been guilty of an offence, in Prestatyn on November 22, last year.
He was found guilty in his absence at Mold Magistrates' Court on Thursday, May 19.
Magistrates' endorsed the 31-year-old's licence with six penalty points and fined him £600.
He must also pay court costs of £90 and a victim surcharge of £66, making a total of £816.
