TWO men from the North West who were charged with class A drug offences last week have been remanded in custody.
Ben Cooke, of Western Avenue in Chester, and Shaun Hanratty, of Heriot Street in Liverpool, have both been charged with conspiracy to supply cocaine between May and October 2021.
The 40-year-old and 38-year-old, retrospectively, appeared at Chester Magistrates Court on Friday, May 13.
The charges relate to an investigation into the alleged large-scale supply of cocaine in Chester.
Both men were remanded in custody and will next appear at crown court on June 10. Cooke is listed to appear at Chester Crown Court while Hanratty is listed to appear at Liverpool Crown Court.
