A WESTON Rhyn man is among four convicted of a conspiracy to burgle a shop in Powys who will face sentencing next month.
Thomas Earthy, 30, Timothy Baines, 21, and Andreas Peate, 20, all from Welshpool, and Thomas Price, 31, from Weston Rhyn appeared before Caernarfon Crown Court on Tuesday, April 5.
All four men had previously appeared charged with conspiring to commit burglary with intent to steal from a property other than in dwelling in Llanfair Caereinion between March 31 and April 4, 2020.

Baines and Earthy pleaded guilty in July last year, and Price admitted his part in the offence on October 4, 2021. Peate was found guilty after a trial on February 2, this year.
Their sentencing was adjourned until Thursday, May 5.
Judge Nicola Saffman said she was "hopeful of passing a sentence which can be suspended" and that the men were "all capable of and needing rehabilitation".
