Caernarfon Town 0 TNS 3

TNS sealed a Friday night victory at Caernarfon Town courtesy of a second-half masterclass.

The sides went in level at the break but second-half strikes from Louis Robles and Ryan Astles, plus a Joe Faux own goal, made sure the three points went back to Oswestry.

It was Anthony Limbrick’s team who started on the front foot with a snapshot from Ash Baker going wide with just six minutes on the clock.

Two minutes later Baker headed the ball back across the box towards Astles who headed onto the woodwork.

Caernarfon had their first chance of the night with a quarter of an hour played when Darren Thomas sent an effort into the side netting following a corner.

Keston Davies and Jordan Williams went close for the Saints while the Canaries also threatened with Thomas seeing an effort ruled out for offside after heading home a loose ball after Noah Edwards struck the bar after 36 minutes.
