AN OSWESTRY mum has made a call to arms for people in the town to support her boys' bid to raise money to Hope House through Easter Eggs.

Sophie Harvey and her two boys Michael and Finlay have launched an appeal to receive Easter Eggs from residents and businesses in the town to raise funds for the children's hospice.

She says they have even been show some resources of their own to buy more eggs and hope everyone in the town can pitch in.

"They are aiming to get as man Easter Eggs as possible," said Sophie.

"They will be using their pocket money to buy more eggs and then hold a raffle at £1 a ticket and the winner receives the eggs.

"All money will then be donated to Hope House.

"If any local businesses would like to help them, it would be much appreciated."

Tickets for the raffle will cost £1 and are on sale until Saturday, April 9 and the draw will be made on Sunday, April 10.
