WELCOME to another edition of the camera club.

Thanks once again to all our visual story tellers for sharing the fruits of their labours.

We have a wonderful selection once again this week - underlining just how fortunate we all are to live in such a glorious and peaceful part of the world.

The events of the past month have hit home just how fragile peace truly is.

It is truly remarkable that as the world continues to battle a global pandemic that it is also having to contend with Russian's invasion of Ukraine.

The images from the ravaged eastern European country have shocked and appalled the world and, once again, we are all now living in a new era of human history.

With all that in mind it is important to take a time out from time to time, relax, unwind and embrace the great outdoors.

Everything feels better and more manageable after a walk and medical professionals all agree it can be as good for your physical health as it is for your mental health.

So while it is a very anxious time for everyone as it watches with horror at war in Ukraine in is also a time to ensure you look after your own health.

So climb a mountain, follow a few streams, stroke a few dogs and perhaps just stretch out in your garden recliner.

You will feel for better for the experience.
