A MOTORIST has been fined for driving a van in mid Wales with an unsecured load.
John Iorwerth Pugh, of Gatacre Road in Oswestry, drove a Volkswagen Crafter on the A483 at Welshpool just after 11am on October 14, last year, with a dangerous load of pallet of fence posts.
The 47-year-old was found guilty when he appeared at Llanelli Magistrates' Court on Thursday, February 3.
Magistrates fined Pugh £440 for the offence.
They also ordered he pay £90 court costs and a victim surcharge of £44, totalling £574.
