THE A5 at Shotatton is now reopen following a road traffic collision (RTC) earlier on Wednesday afternoon.
ROAD users were warned to find an alternative route after Oswestry police officers announced the A5 is closed at Shotatton, towards Shrewsbury.
Oswestry's Safer Neighbourhood Team (SNT) took to its Twitter and other social media pages to warn motorists and commuters of the road closure at 1.20pm.
Officers confirmed the closure was because of a RTC but have not yet released more details.
