STEVE Hole netted twice to salvage Ellesmere Rangers a point in a 3-3 draw at home to Cheadle Heath Nomads in the North West Counties South League.
Ryan Morgan opened the scoring for Mere inside the opening five minutes only for Wilf Riley to level within seconds.
Kyle Foley struck early in the second-half before Riley completed his brace.
However Mere were not to be denied with Hole completing a late double to rescue his side a deserved point.

Meanwhile St Martins' struggles continued with a 7-0 defeat at Maine Road.
Louis Edwards starred with a hat-trick while Yousif Yousif added a brace with goals from Youssef Bellatar and Ben Mooney completing the drubbing.
Elsewhere Danny Barton led by example as Morda United eased to a 5-0 win at home to Dawley Town in the Salop Leisure Shropshire Premier League.
Barton's double separated the sides at the break with Richard Harris and Louis Millington also netting while an own goal completed the tally.

Gobowen Celtic also toasted a 4-1 win at home to Ludlow Town.
Charlie Morris opened the scoring just before the break before Louis Morris added a second shortly after restart.
Further goals from Zak Ward and Ian Heathcock completed the Celt's victory.
