Green-fingered enthusiasts weren't going to let the coronavirus pandemic spoil all their fun for a second year.
While a second Gatacre Allotments Show was unable to go ahead, it didn't stop members from picking up some well-earned prizes in the annual competition held in Oswestry.
The trophy for the tidiest allotment was won by Michael and Janice Knight, while the best kept side was won by the Lloyd Street side.
And rounding up the awards was Lisa Chan, who won the most productive allotment category.
Chairman of the Gatacre Allotments Society, Mel Evans, congratulated all the winners, adding: "We all hope that we shall be able to hold the show next year."
