FIREFIGHTERS from Oswestry were tasked with tackling an agricultural fire on Friday evening.
The fire was reported at Woolston Bank and was reported at around 9.20pm, with one crew from Oswestry responding.
The crew used a hosereel jet to tackle the blaze, which was centred around a pole of manure, along with rakes, shovels and mathooks.
Firefighters were on the scene for around 30 minutes.
